In seasons 1 and 2 he's the sarcastic, lovable comedy relief which something like teen wolf needs with it being so dark. The characters all develop well as the plot goes on with some great additions. The running theme is always "who is the -" in each season like who is the kanima? Who is the darach? Overall it's a really good show and my only regret is avoiding it for so long.
